Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute
Vanquish AI works closely with Orlando Health, one of Florida’s leading healthcare systems, whose Digestive Health Institute performs advanced EUS procedures and leads the United States Pancreatic Diseases Study Group (USPG). Dr. Shyam Varadarajulu and his team serve as clinical leads for training, validation, and real-world testing of PANDA across Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.

The PANDA Advantage
Late-presenting cancers remain among the most lethal and difficult to treat, often diagnosed too late due to subtle symptoms and limitations in imaging sensitivity, specificity, and human interpretation of complex clinical data.
PANDA (Pan-Cancer AI-Driven Application) is currently under development and active research to address these challenges. The platform is being designed to leverage advanced machine learning models to analyze multimodal inputs — including real-time imaging, laboratory biomarkers, and structured clinical history — with the goal of enhancing diagnostic precision and supporting confirmational biopsy and treatment decisions.
Through ongoing research and validation efforts, PANDA aims to contextualize and amplify subtle diagnostic signals that may otherwise go undetected, with the long-term objective of improving early detection of high-risk and difficult-to-identify cancers.
The Vanquish AI demo was truly impressive. The PANDA system provided real-time, AI-powered insights during EUS procedures that would have been difficult to detect with the naked eye. The interface was intuitive, the visual feedback was immediate, and the AI’s ability to highlight subtle abnormalities gave me an extra layer of diagnostic confidence. This technology has the potential to significantly improve early cancer detection and transform clinical workflows. I’m excited to see it move into wider adoption.
